The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was hot daily and had several options. The indoor pool was clean, but not heated so it was still too cold to swim in.

Everything was wonderful. We were a little disappointed by the minimal hot options for the breakfast buffet, but enjoyed it overall. We were also quite disappointed with how the pool was listed as a heated pool, yet it was very cold and the “heated jets” came on only a couple of times to shoot out even more cold water.

We stayed 5 nights and only after daily complaining did we get our room serviced one time. So daily I had to go to the desk to ask for all towels. Obviously, the staff were not concerned and just told me to stop back at the desk if there were no towels and they would give them to me. Hello? I made it clear that this was their job, not mine, but it did no good.
