I loved the Christmas decorations, how caring and attentive the staff was upon our arrival, but mostly the welcome treatment to my dog. Overall the staff, cleanness, and service were outstanding during our stay.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The location near the highway is not the best as is not secluded and “in the mountains” but if you want an easy access this is the place to stay. Great attention to detail in all the amenities.

Absolutely beautiful property with gardens, waterfalls, outdoor fireplace and rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. The lobby is gorgeous with the fireplace and quite welcoming. Staff was exceptional and food the best. Definitely recommend. And I might add Christmas decorations add an unexpected ambiance that is unforgettable.
