We were upgraded to king suite at no charge which gave us lots of room to relax. Very nice touches in the room like snacks, chocolate and a personalized welcome letter. Very pretty outside area but unfortunately we couldn’t explore the nature trail because a bear cub was recently spotted.

Everything was very good except the Kitchen. It was clean, but there was insufficient silverware, and needed updates with dishes. There was only 1 glass, and 2 wine glasses.. Poorly equiped. Also, I would suggest you add papertowels to assist visitors a throw away cleaning assist.

The entrance was so pretty. The lobby and breakfast areas are spacious and inviting. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The management goes to great lengths to make the guests feel welcome and valued, which feels amazing. The room, a 2-bed double with kitchenette, felt spacious and the decor was on the luxurious side. Our room was on the road side, rather than the courtyard side, but even so, it was quiet. Speaking of the courtyard...it has a tall waterfall (!), tables and chairs for relaxing, lots of greenery, and a nature trail.

From the moment we walked it, Scott, made it so much fun. Never had such a welcoming that made us laugh, what a great way to start our stay. Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to the orchards, which the reason for our visit. Breakfast was ok, could have been hotter. The pool was absolutely wonderful; the temperature was perfect. The waterfall in the back brings it all together, just beautiful. Hope everyone enjoyed the Asian pears....

My stay was fine until a guest went through the breakfast line in bare feet. The gentleman working the breakfast service looked right at his feet and didn’t say a word. It was disgusting.
