The staff was incredibly helpful at check in and on check out. The building definitely brings the older building charm with modern amenities. The parking is close enough that it wasn’t an issue, especially given that the location is downtown Ashville. I would love to return and stay longer.

One of my all time favorite boutique hotels I have ever stayed! Room was incredible, friendly staff who were so nice, and just an all around exceptional experience! We will be back, I just wish we could have stayed here for an entire month!!

Great location. Really loved the style of the hotel, hardwood floors, nicely furnished, staff was courteous, and rooms were also very nice. However, the the beds need huge improvement. Both the Queen size bed and the sofa bed were in terrible condition. Had trouble sleeping at all.

Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor because the floors were quite creaky. Water pressure was horrible . We smelled smoking a few times and lastly, the pull out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable and it made horrible sounds everyone she moved- she’s a small 11 year old. Our king bed was very comfortable. The staff was super kind & helpful!!
