Guests will have access to the entire cabin and yard.

There is a Tesla EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. It is located on the back side of the house near the back deck.

The large driveway can accommodate several vehicles, trailers, boats, etc.

There is a neighborhood park & small lake nearby that you are welcome to utilize.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to guest`s arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

🐶 We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.

Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. Rest assured as there is a backup GENERATOR that will automatically turn on in the event of an outage! There is a flashlight plugged into the wall in the entryway for your use. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.

Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.

We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.

Firewood can be purchased in Ashford at the General Store, gas station or the firewood vending machine outside of Jacob’s Barber. There are also places along the highway that sell wood bundles. Guests must abide by burn ban rules when in effect.

🔹A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
🔹Dogs must weigh under 50 pounds and be fully housebroken.
🔹Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed in the home.
🔹Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding.
🔹Dogs are not allowed on the carpet (stairs or upstairs).
🔹Guest must provide crate and/or kennel.
🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.
