Pond Cottage is a charmingly converted former stable block with two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and an adjoining bathroom to the second bedroom, a lovely sitting room and quaint cottage style kitchen, all surrounded by a pretty garden and pond. Pond Cottage is located on the Frasers of Coldharbour Farm estate, Egerton which is nestled in an idyllic location in the heart of the Kent countryside between Ashford and Maidstone, only one hour from London. The estate comprises of the main farmhouse, an oast house and large converted barn both used as holiday accommodation, a restaurant serving brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals, and a lovely garden seating area for dining in the warmer weather. The estate is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which is perfect for walking and cycling. Further afield there are lots of places to visit including Leeds Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, the medieval City of Canterbury with its iconic cathedral, and numerous quality vineyards and golf courses.
