Your home away from home, this cozy 2 story, 3 bedroom is located 8.3 miles from downtown Ashland & right down the road from the Village of Mifflin. This cozy House on the Hill, features a master bedroom with a king bed. The walkout basement has a private bedroom with a Queen bed! The bunk bed also makes it perfect for families or groups. Guests can relax in two cozy living rooms, one upstairs with a sofa bed and the other downstairs, with another sofa bed. Boasting 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with handheld shower sprayers, hairdryers & all the essentials you need to make getting ready a breeze. The house stays comfortable year-round, showcasing two skylights on the upper floor & a walkout basement with sliding glass doors. You'll stay comfortable indoors with propane heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or enjoying coffee together outside on the veranda, soaking in the hot tub in the back yard, grilling dinner on the covered patio/bar or taking a stroll on the lit wood trail, you will have plenty of places to explore & relax!!!

Amenities include Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Clothing Storage, Iron, Steamer, Yoga Mat, Dedicated Workspace, Self Check-In, Keypad. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays!

Outdoor Pole Barn Entrance will remain locked at all times, with security cameras aimed at the driveway for safety purposes.

Enjoy peaceful morning views on the second story deck or take a walk on our trails that lead back into the Pines. Occasionally, the local wildlife may be strolling by!

Stay out of the weather in the covered outdoor concrete porch beside the pole barn! the porch is equipped with a bar, grill & seating. We have cornhole, volleyball, kickball, wiffleball, football, sleds & even hula hoops!

You can visit the local village bar, & restaurants just down the road if you don't feel like cooking in our fully equipped kitchen! Just right around the corner, you have the Oak Park Tavern, The End Zone Bar, Chuy's Mexican Restaurant, Radar's Dairy Bar, The Ole Mill Lake Co &the Mifflin Market/Gas Station.

If you want to venture further, we are nestled perfectly in between downtown Mansfield & Ashland, which is a 10-15 minute drive. If you have family that attends Ashland University, Pinehill Hideaway is 10-15 minutes away!

If you love the outdoors & like to hike, fish or Kayak/Boat you are in the right place!!! Charles Mill Lake & Marina is a 4 minute drive. Loudonville Canoe Livery is a 17 minute drive. Mohican State Park is a 20 minute drive. If its COLD out & you love to Ski, Snowboard & Tubing, Snow Trails is a 21 minute drive.

For all you Golfers, we are close to Forest Hills Golf Course - 8 minute drive. Ashland Golf Club - 14 minute drive.
