With incredible attention to detail and comfort for guests this Landmark property is steps from the city park, hospital,venues, events, and all things downtown historic Ashland, Kentucky. 5 large suites with private baths and and additional two room suite With full bath means everyone can stay together for your intimate event. Photographers welcome, extended stays for private rooms. Also allowed.
We regularly host, high-end clients and pride ourselves on discretion and security for these types of bookings
You can sit on the front porch or on the balcony above over looking historic Ashland, and you may even see a very famous face or two simply walking their pet or taking a stroll to the park

Covered off street parking with gated entrance front and back for extra security and exterior cameras as well, There’s a big hot tub, full fire, pit, grill, entertainment area, and dining table all available in the exterior. we can provide catering, extra cleaning, massage services, and even a chef if needed for the perfect stay
