Fully renovated house of 150m2, comprising living room with open fitted kitchen, opening onto a large terrace and the sea, 3 double bedrooms and Shower room with washer-dryer, separate WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, dormitory with 4 single beds, 1 baby bed, a TV area, a bathroom and separate WC.

A wonderful holiday

This is an excellent holiday property with a stunning panoramic sea view. There were 10 people in our group including 4 teenagers & 2 dogs. There was plenty of room & the upstairs dormitory was perfect for the boys. We had beautiful beach walks with the dogs & there was plenty of outdoor space for everyone . The property was perfectly situated for lots of different activities, including land yachting , kayaking or paddle boarding (which the boys greatly enjoyed ) & of course for all the WW history & memorials. Communication with Etienne was quick & easy. I highly recommend this property for a fantastic holiday with friends & family . We all had great time.

Fantastic views, great location!

We had a great stay in the Easter holidays. The location is a good base for viewing all of the Normandy sites. The house was brand new and we found out on arrival that we were the first visitors! The house is literally on the beach and when the tide goes out you can walk over to the Mulberry harbour or all the way to Arromanches if you're feeling energetic. There is a huge amount of space to play on the beach so perfect for families. The house was well equipped and has a great common area in and out. The only drawback was the local amenities. We found only two local restaurants within walking distance and the shops have limited opening hours. Get to the patisserie early if you want a croissant! Overall a wonderful house with amazing views highly recommended.

Mehr geht nicht.Wir waren das dritte Mal in dem Haus. Check-in und Kommunikation perfekt.Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist super. 3 Schlafzimmer, Dusche, Toilette, Küche und ein (sehr) großer Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss. Ein Schlafsaal für 4 Personen, Bad und ein zweites Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss. Alles sehr sauber.Möbel, Filterkaffeemaschine, Nespresso, Ofen/Herd, Mikrowelle, Spül-, Waschmaschine top, teilweise neu, gutes Kochgerät, viele Gläser, Tassen, Teller und Besteck. Machen wir es kurz: Alles Top.Ja, das Haus hat seinen Preis ... der Ausblick von der Terasse ist allerdings unbezahlbar. ;-)Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Besuch.Klaus

Simly wonderful

We spend a week with family (6 adults, 4 kids) in the house and had a dream stay. Beautiful house, located 1m away from the beach, with a splendid views and amazing surrounding and close to a local fish store, fantastic.

eine sehr erholsame Woche

Wir durften im Sommer 2023 eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Wir wurden von Pia empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum. Der Strand ist riesig und leer, trotz Sommerferien. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super schönes Haus, perfekte Lage. Traumhaft.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal mit unseren beiden Hunden in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es liegt perfekt, Türchen auf und raus mit den Hunden an den Strand. Dort können sie rennen und toben. Vom Haus aus ist alles gut erreichbar. Alles war super toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das wahrscheinlich schönste Ferienhaus der Normandie

Die (zutreffenden) Eckdaten des Hauses kann man der Anzeige entnehmen. 3 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbetten) im EG, großes "Kinder"zimmer im OG - 4 Einzelbetten und eine Art 2tes Wohnzimmer für die Kinder. Bad/WC oben und unten. Im unteren Bad mit Waschtrockner. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein großer! Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, ein richtiger Herd mit einem richtigen Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Nespresso, Töpfe, Pfanne, Gläser, Teller, Besteck, einfach alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. In Kurzform: alles TOP. Internet (wlan) funktioniert perfekt. Bei schlechtem Wetter genießt man den Blick auf das dann stürmische Meer durch die großen Schiebetüren vom großen Esstisch aus, bei gutem Wetter auf der wunderschönen Terasse (die alleine schon größer ist als die meisten Ferienwohnungen) auf stabilen Holzmöbeln. Der Blick selber ... unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (Bilder und Deko), das Grundstück incl privater Parkplätze ist vollständig eingezäunt. Check-In sehr einfach, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend. Restaurant, Bäcker und Supermarkt (mit Tankstelle) im Ort. "Mehr" geht nicht. Ein tolles Haus, super ausgestattet in traumhafter Lage.

Fantastische Aussicht

Fantastische Aussicht mit 180Grad Blick auf das Meer. Ideal gelegen im Ort gibt’s einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants oder Imbiss wenn man nicht selbst kochen möchte. Die Betten sind ein wenig kurz das war aber für uns kein wirkliches Problem. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und auch die Antwortzeiten waren excellent schnell. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Ein Traum wurde wahr

Das Haus und seine Lage ist der Hammer. 20 Meter bis zum Wasser, eine tolle Terrasse, tolle Fensterfront, wirklich komplette Ausstattung, es war uns ein Fest. Wir waren alle traurig, dass wir schon zurückfahren mussten und kommen gerne wieder.

einfach nur fantastisch

Neben den bereits anhand der Bilder erkennbaren tollen Meerblick bietet das Ferienhaus eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit 4-Plattenherd und Ofen (neuwertig), Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine (neuwertig), Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kapselautomat (Nespresso), einem großen Kühlschrank und sehr viel Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck. Die Bäder in sehr gutem Zustand., im unteren Badezimmer befindet sich ein Wasch-Trockner (neuwertig) . Bei Ankunft (sehr unkompliziert) war das Haus sehr gut gereinigt. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind im Ort, frische Austern gibt es beim Produzenten 2 Straßen weiter (400m). Insgesamt ein tolles Haus ... ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

House is located superb! Close to the beach, lovely view on the beach and sea. Some nice fish and oystershops, only a 5min walk away. House was decribed very well, no surprises. Communication with landlord and local contact was also top.

Une semaine avec la mer sous les fenêtres.

Maison située idéalement avec une vue imprenable sur la côte normande. L'intérieur de la maison est propre et l'extérieur est entretenu et agréable. Séjour à refaire un jour!
