In the heart of the Sarthoise countryside, Brigitte will welcome you to her gîte located in a green and calm setting lulled by the water of the La Vègre river, all in the heart of a garden which will intoxicate you with its colors and smells. . In a building combining old stone and modernity, this cottage for 4 people consists of a kitchen, a large living room and 2 bedrooms.
It is located in the former stable of the La Tannerie manor, home of the owners living on site. All on the ground floor: spacious living room (67 m²) with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 180 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm canopy bed, Bathroom with sink and large Italian shower. Separate WC. Sheets and towels provided and included in the price. WiFi internet with fiber (very good quality). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. Heating included.
End of stay cleaning: €60. Gite entirely on one level with interior and exterior doors 90 cm wide
