Great location but need updating

Pros: The location of the property is perfect for walking distance into town. Kitchen well stocked. Awesome view out of livingroom. Property mgmt easily contactable with prompt response. Cons: The property hasnt been updated. Both bedrooms have 16yr old 19" TV's and only one has cable service. None of the TV's worked until maint on the 3rd day reset the livingroom and swapped the bedroom TV's. Both toilets are very small. I'm 5'10" 235 and dreaded sitting down. My wife wasnt a fan either. Livingroom heater was assessed by maintenace 4 times and never worked properly. They gave us a space heater which made it way better. For what we paid for 4 nights the property definitely could use an update. Cons
