The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and a convenient breakfast bar, while a separate dining area sits in a charming bay of windows. Additional amenities include TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street parking.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, making this condo a flexible option for couples, families, or small groups.

The condo was great and location really easy - perfect for a small family. 3rd floor is a little bit challenging if you have a lot of bags but otherwise, a really great stay. Super clean with lots of amenities.

Pictures of living room did not match what living room furniture looked like and actual furniture was dated and not nice. Would have like to have known it was on 3rd floor bc would have not booked due to extremely difficult getting suitcases up stairs by myself. Great place

We loved our stay in Aspen at this condo. It was in close proximity to the mountain and we were able to walk everywhere the whole time.The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The property manager was responsive with any of our questions or needs.

Great Location, Needs Some Updates

It was a great location for sure! Not super child friendly as it was very bright in every room. We couldn’t get the tv to work in the living room and asked them about it and never heard back. The other tvs were 15” or in the bedroom with a tall bed so my kids couldn’t climb on to it themselves. We just wanted to watch the Olympics. It was also a little stressful trying to find parking. I know they said they actually had someone in Management in the hospital and apologized for the lack of communication. It was just pretty expensive for what you got even though the location was awesome!

Great 4th of July stay!

This condo was a great fit for our family of 4. We had everything we needed to make it our home for our brief stay and it was located in a prime location for Aspen activities during the summer and a quick walk to the free bus and grocery store. We would highly recommend it!

Great find!

The property itself was exactly as pictured and was in the perfect location as we love being on the side of town closer to the Ute trailhead. Property management team was easy to get ahold of for check in/out instructions but otherwise we didn’t need to bother them. Stayed here with our 10 month old and the only tricky thing was all the stairs since the condo is on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again!

This place is in the best spot. Walk to grocery store, e-bike rentals, park for the dog is right across the street, and close to main restaurant area. Great view as well.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay and location of the condo. Only thing is to plan accordingly for key pickup at an off-sight location. However, convenient to Aspen airport. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials but nothing extra. This was fine for us, as we ate out most meals. Parking in the alley can be a challenge, but the management group can register your vehicle with the city , allowing for other nearby residential streets. Overall, would love to rent again.
