This top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Durant Condos are two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area with beautiful views. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This condo has central air conditioning and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Guests will enjoy the bonus den that has an extra sleeping area.

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via stairs.
