Thoughtfully designed with contemporary finishes, white oak flooring, and modern furnishings, this residence exudes sophistication. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, stylish cabinetry, and ample space for both cooking and entertaining. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and air-conditioning for the summer season. (The primary bedroom also features A/C). The three inviting bedrooms, include a custom-designed bunkroom, along with two well-appointed bathrooms, providing comfort for every guest. This condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via one flight of stairs from the main level.
