Fifth Avenue Condos are only two blocks from Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and even closer to downtown Aspen. This three-level, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom deluxe townhouse features hardwood floors and a wood-burning stone fireplace in the main living area. This bright and spacious condo features an upgraded kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The soaring windows let in plenty of natural light, and there is a deck with Red Mountain and Aspen town views. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony. Guests enjoy the loft's full bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. Guests access this unit via stairs to the second floor.

This unit does not have air conditioning; portable A/Cs can be furnished for an additional cost.

We were super impressed with the accommodations- they were way better than they looked in the photos- the response when we had any issue was immediate and even came within minutes to light a fire for us.Highly recommend
