#104 is a ground level one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed. The unit has been nicely remodeled. The living room is warm and inviting with a wood burning fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV. A dining table was added to ensure comfortable dining or a nice working desk. Outside the living area is a balcony with a seating area.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Convenient to mountain and St Regus

I attended a meeting at the St Regis and decided to attend late. Hotel was full. This was 1 1/2 blocks away and very reasonable versus the hotel. Was nice to have a kitchen the day a big snow strong hit! Would stay again

A gem at LiftOne

We had a great time and loved staying in this well appointed condo. We are regulars to Aspen and our usual accommodation was not available. We truly took this place as a 'last resort' based on its location. Our expectations were low... WE. WERE. WRONG. This condo was so comfortable, full of anything you would need, offers daily housekeeping... Has a beautiful pool, greenscape, and its grunds are cleaer than the W or the St Regis. The condo its self was spotless (minus normal wear and tear).... the bed was like a hotel bed... it was so confortable it called to us to take naps that we normally wouldnt take. I even took pictures of the tags on the pillows because I want them at home... Parking is less than ideal and you have to stand on a street corner like a hobo if you want an after dinner cigar .... but those probably dont apply to most people... The onsite staff could NOT be friendlier... We would surely rent again... and have already looked at next fall.. so book soon before we beat you to it !
