Beautiful cabinets and granite countertops highlight the kitchen. Both bathrooms have been upgraded. There is plenty of seating in the living area along with a wood burning fireplace. Outside of the living room is a balcony with seating.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. Unit smells very bad, almost no hot water

We rented an allegedly non smoking unit but it stunk terribly. The three of us were not even able to take a 10 minute shower. The water never got hot and ran out after 5 minutes

Lovely convenient condo with terrific community hot tub

Arrived earlier than check in time and the friendly Cindy at the front desk let us in early as the condo was ready. The ondo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Nice welcome wine and coffee. Light daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. Our 2 vehicles were provided with parking passes (1 on the street.) Free bus to Snowmass and Highlands confidently on corner. Easy short walk to Aspen Gondola. 2 minor problems with a door handle and slow running toilet were handled by management. The condo community pool was not yet open April 4-8 but the wonderful hot tub was open beautifully landscaped with natural rocks. We used it every evening. Would highly recommend this unit and this complex. Hope to return next ski season.

Location is fantastic and service was very good. Unit was a little worn and very dark. Unit was clean. Beds were ok. Kitchen faucet could use tightening, door handle is funky and hard to use, rooms need better lighting. Good place to stay with families and friends but don’t expect luxury condo’s. Interiors Could use a facelift

Wonderful property, perfect location

The property was well kept, clean, appointed and perfectly located. Everything in Aspen center is walkable and it’s close to parks and hike. Highly recommend. The condo check in process was simple.
