The kitchen and both bathrooms have been upgraded and the living area is a perfect place to gather and cozy up to a fire. Outside the living area is a balcony with seating and great views.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable.
