#206 is a second floor corner unit with ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedrooms feature split kings. The dining area provides seating for 8 guests. The living room offers plenty of seating and there is a nice walk-out patio outside the living area.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Great Location / Friendly Staff

We were a group of colleagues who enjoyed staying at this property during F&W. The three ensuites make it perfect for sharing with co-workers. The location is perfect to access everything in town. The bonus was the daily housekeeping services which weren't expected but much appreciated.

Reunion with Aspen

After a near year hiatus we were excited to return to Aspen area for several days. The weather was beautiful as expected and we even enjoyed the first early overnight 6 inch blanket of snow in town and up to 12-18 inches in higher elevations which made our hike to Crater Lake a much more challenging day adventure. Of course, evenings dinners and visits to new bars were even better than we remembered. Our accommodation at Lift One was perfectly located for our needs and within walking distance for any downtown location. Our short trip was amazing in everyway; of course, we did not want to leave because there was so much more we could have done!
