#409 is a remodeled top floor one bedroom unit with a king bed, facing Aspen Mountain. The entire condo has been attractively upgraded including beautiful tile and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Outside the living area is a balcony with scenic views facing south.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. We loved our 5-day stay! Would be 5-stars, just small deductions for the hot tub being closed for the first part of our stay and short hours (10am -8pm). Couch was also pretty uncomfortable, but the rest of the condo was in really good condition and recently remodeled. Overall it was clean, really close to downtown, great views. We hope to come back!

Couldn't ask for a better first time experience in Aspen! The unit was located in a perfect spot to explore the town. The condo was just as pictured and describe, no surprises.
