The condo is air-conditioned for summer comfort with A/C units in the living room and primary bedroom. North of Nell units are within steps of some of Aspen's best shopping, including Gorsuch, AspenX, Performance Ski, and Four Mountain Sports, the official ski and snowboard rentals for Aspen Snowmass.

**Guests of this unit also receive a complimentary sightseeing ticket, which includes one ride up and down Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen gondola. The gondola opens on Saturday, May 24th.**
