PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casale San Francesco is a wonderful private villa with pool in Umbria, immersed in the beautiful countryside typical of this region. The accommodation gives the opportunity to spend peaceful journeys and go through tourist itineraries of great interest. Actually it is located at a close distance to renowned cities like Assisi – popular all over the world for its unique architectural beauty and for its patron S. Francesco – Perugia, Gubbio, Todi and Orvieto. This farmhouse is entirely made with stone and has been recently renovated in full respect of the old farmhouses’features of that area. The property, which is partially fenced-in, offers its guests an equipped porch to eat together or relax, a gazebo, a barbecue and a wood oven. It is surrounded by a beautiful park with a great swimming pool with Roman stairs, perfect to cool during hot summer days.

This farmhouse is on two levels. It is composed of a wide living room with fireplace, a kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor which is composed of a wide living room with fire place, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower. Extra sleeps are available upon request at additional charge. Air conditioning is available in the four double bedrooms, while the two twin bedrooms are equipped with a ventilation system.

Amazing house in a beautiful place

Amazing house in a beautiful place. So welcoming guests with GianMarco. We spent a wonderful family time with the piscine and the pizza oven.

Great house, beautiful setting

Three generations of our family had a lovely holiday here. The house, garden and pool area allowed space for everyone, and for anyone wanting to explore the area it was in easy reach of many renaissance towns and cities. The property was very clean and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the large terrace. We hope to come back again.

Everything perfect: location, villa and hospitality

We loved our stay at the Villa, it’s in such a lovely area of Umbria close to Assisi and easy to catch a train to Florence and Rome for a day trip. The pool was amazing and very welcome with the heat wave. The pizza oven and BBQ made for some great family meals. Marco was very helpful and accommodating and left us two bottles of wine and a lovely tart. Thanks for a great stay Marco

Great visit!

We had a great visit - the villa acted as a base for a wedding we attended in the local area, and we complimented the trip with trail running, road/gravel cycling and trips to the historic Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Marco our host was very flexible with check in and check out, and provided great local supermarket, restaurant and activity recommendations. The villa itself was traditional but more than suited our needs, with a great patio dining area that overlooks the pool. It was all very private and exactly as described! Great visit.

Hatten eine echt gute Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! :)

Unser Highlight das Pool, die überdachte Terrasse und dass es endlich ein Haus gab dass auch vom Kochgeschirr für eine Großgruppe ausgestattet ist. Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich. Einzigen zwei Punkte die wir bemängeln könnten : in der Nähe leben viele Hunde (klang wie ein Tierheim) und die bellen viel auch teilweise in der Nacht und die Straße zum Haus nicht asphaltiert Aber sonst auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen um dort Urlaub genießen Danke!????

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casale San Francesco

Die ganze Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Casale San Francesco verbracht hat. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend, erklärte uns das ganze Anwesen und regelte auch ein mit einem Kühlschrank aufgetretenes Problem umgehend. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Hervorzuheben ist noch die schöne überdachte Veranda, die auch an heißen Tagen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat. Ich würde insgesamt 5 Sterne geben. Im Übrigen war ich auch mit der Organisation von DH Villas sehr zufrieden.

Ypperlig for storfamilie eller venner. Noe oppgradering hadde vært på sin plass. Dessverre en del hundeglam i nabolaget til alle døgnets tider. Bortsett fra dette kan eiendommen anbefales
