Outstanding boutique B&B located in the heart of Assisi. Wonderful property with beautifully appointed rooms and common areas. Terrific hosts; tasteful artwork, and ample breakfast. The owners are wonderful people, the property is totally reconditioned, and Assisi is a gorgeous hilltop town.

We have nothing but praises for this property. Carmine and Lia are excellent in what they are doing. From providing information prior to arrival, to check in, to breakfast to check out, everything are flawless. Location is just perfect. We really appreciate their suggestion to book a taxi on a Sunday, as Sunday was busy.

Lia and Carmine are the best hosts we’ve experienced in our many stays in Italy, and their property is immaculate, exceptionally and tastefully appointed. Breakfast is 10/10! Great bed and breakfast right in the middle of Assisi. The couple in charge of the B&B could not have been nicer and more helpful. The room was super quiet, not huge but still very comfortable, good bed, very clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing: fruits, home made bread, home made pastries, etc. Really a great experience. Highly recommended.
