Although close to everything, we maintain a quiet separation from the bustle of downtown in an area of historic architecture making the location perfect for your next Astoria visit. This is an older building (over 100 years old) with original, restored wood floors. In this lower flat, there may be some sounds like foot traffic from the tenants on the floor above. If you find this a disturbance, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms as well as ear plugs. Also note; we discourage running or stomping in this flat as it can be heard throughout the building.

If you have mobility concerns you should know that the unit is located on the first floor but still requires you climb 23 stairs from street to the front door.
