The staff were very nice and it has a wonderful view of the Nile.
But there are neibourhood dogs that bark all night. And the walls are thin.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
There was piss and feces all over the toilet and on the floor. There was no staff available. The room phone was not picked up by anyone as there was no one at reception. There was no hot water. The TV didn’t work and numerous attempts going in and out the room to fix it. Children shouting and screaming in the corridors. I didn’t feel welcome after making my complaints known I didn’t feel safe. Despite conveying all this to finally finding someone that worked there they still charged me for three nights even though I didn’t stay more than an hour of dissapppintment trying to resolve the issues. Hotels.com were complicit in not helping and have done nothing to get me a full refund. I would highly recommend AGAINST booking at this dump and not using hotels.com in booking hotels due to their lack of concern once they have your hard earned money. Lost a household of four clients
