Experience comfort in our 18th-century home, carefully preserved and renovated by our family over seven generations. The accommodation offers modern amenities, spacious interiors, and beautifully restored unique furniture reflecting the rural charm of Lake Balaton. The house can host up to 12 guests and is rented exclusively as a whole, ensuring complete privacy for your family or group of friends. We provide private parking, a covered outdoor seating area, and the peaceful atmosphere of village life.
The property consists of two separate apartments with individual entrances, which are available for booking together only, so the entire house is exclusively yours.
One apartment accommodates 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor.
The larger apartment accommodates a total of 8 guests. On the first floor you can find a well-equipped kitchen, bedroom for 4 people and a bathroom. On the second floor a living room, and 2 bathrooms are located. The layout is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while still enjoying a degree of privacy thanks to the separate entrances.
In the garden, guests can enjoy a hot tub and outdoor cooking facilities, creating the perfect setting for relaxed evenings and memorable moments under the stars.
The village where our holiday house is located is one of the most charming areas of the Balaton Highlands, known for its natural beauty and tranquil surroundings. The house is close to the village center: 8 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the bus stop, and 10 minutes from local shops. Tihany is only 5 km away, while Balatonfüred is 6 km away — both easily accessible by bike, car, or public transport.
The area offers numerous activities, including hiking, cycling, and visiting local wineries. The neighboring village of Örvényes, just 3 km away, has a free public beach with a cocktail bar and restaurant. Sajkodi Beach is located 3.5 km from the house.
