It is under construction for earthquake retrofit. But other than that, it is good old ryokan as expected.

収容人数に対してお風呂が著しく小さいです。お風呂によっては洗い場が二つしかなく、占領されてしまうと湯船に入るのも出るのも一苦労です。洗い場の回転をよくするために、シャンプーを置かないなどの工夫をしていただければと思います。

初めての家族旅行でした、予約時より 広いお部屋にしていただけたということで、とても楽しみにしていました。立地は駅からは歩きだと遠く感じましたが、ビーチやロープウェイなどが近くにあり とても楽しめました！ 食事の際はホテルの方が優しく息子に話しかけてくださりとても落ち着き、私たちも楽しく食事ができました。ただ１歳になったばかりの息子が食べられそうなものはあまりありませんでした。 残念だったのは、お部屋で 入った瞬間埃っぽく テレビの周りは埃まみれ、ランプも埃まみれ、いろんなところを触る息子が一緒だったため 大変でした。あとはお風呂も広く楽しい旅行となりました！

喫煙で申し込んでたのに禁煙室。２部屋予約したはずも一部屋。良いですよと言うと、最初から一部屋です。と。 電話も何回かけても出ない。態度も横柄。 もう二度と行きません。

昔ながらのホテル気に入りました

歌広場というカラオケできるラウンジが最高でした。時間内で運良く、誰もいなくてあんな広くてレトロな空間で大声で歌えてとても楽しかったし気持ち良かったです！ローマ風呂も面白いつくりでした！また行きます

ローマ風呂は快適でしたが、花風呂、露天風呂は、余るに貧弱。 1日置きに、二日泊まったが、夕食ビュッフェのメニューは、全く同じで食欲をそそらなかった。 又、夕食時団体予約とかで、夕食時間が、五時から6時半までとされて、普段の生活からあまりに早い夕食で、リラックス出来なかった。

全般的には良かったんですが、敷き布団が薄すぎてかたいです。朝体がガチガチでした。 休みに行ってますので布団は是非とも改善ねがいます。 あと、フロントの前通るときフロントの人見すぎです。 特に年配の男性。 失礼な行為にあたりますので、気をつけて下さい。 見てるお客は見てますよ。

ホテル従業員は割と年齢がいった方が多いが値段相応な対応。 建物はいかにも昭和っぽいのが逆に良かった。 部屋はきれいで広かった。 お風呂も概ね満足だが家族風呂は狭いし、露天でもなく、ニーズがあるのか疑問

朝、夜ブッフェで海の幸、山の幸

朝も夜もブッフェ形式の新鮮な海の幸、山の幸を堪能できました。食べ放題のゆでたてのカニもとても美味しかったし、魚だけでなく野菜も今話題の身体に良いものが工夫されて調理されていました。アルコールもビール、カクテルまで夜は飲み放題です！新幹線熱海駅から無料バスが頻繁に出ていて便利です。私たちが泊まったのは昔ながらのファミリー対応の広い和室と２ベットのオーシャンビューの洋室ですが、アメニティは十分でした。ただ、１階の入館の場所にもっとレストランはどこなのかとか、インフォメーションがあると良かったかな、と思いました。
