1. There is a charge Euro 35 for cleaning fee, which is not included the overall price listed from Expedia. This is not normal based on my experience. The listed price on Expedia should have included ALL the charges. 2. There is no front desk. Therefore, when something happens, it is hard to contact them. By the way, online communication though email is good, but it takes time.
