The Space:
This amazing apartment is located in one of the most prestigious locations of the Metz district on Markou Moussourou Street; from its veranda, you not only have an enchanting view of the Acropolis, but also of the verdant park right in front of the building, Philopappou Hill, and, on a clear day, the sea itself!
The apartment is on the top floor of a new building, tastefully constructed with quality materials and is a 15-minute walk from either the Acropolis or the Fix metro stations.
The apartment interior was designed to meet high expectations; the latest technology and expensive materials were used to satisfy its residents’ every possible need, even to spoil them! It can accommodate a couple—using the second bedroom as an office—or a family of 4.
The living area contains a working fireplace and contemporary furniture with simple lines, including two settee sofas. There is also a dining space with a 4-person table and an open plan built-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and barstools. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.), as well as all necessary cooking utensils.
The veranda, with its attractive outdoor furniture accommodating up to 6 people, is the ideal place to enjoy the view at any time of the day.
The master bedroom has a double bed and roomy built-in closets, while the second room has a 3-seater sofa bed and a built-in desk.
