Host refused to answer messages about check in time and shouted and hung up when called. Screamed - not clear why. Made it very difficult to coordinate access. Very dirty floors turned your feet blackTv and washing machine broken, window blinds broken, toilet seats brokenMold and grime

All around terrible experience. Sink leaking and told the host about it immediately and he never fixed it during the whole week. TV was broken and told him and no response. Mattress has a big dip in it so I ended up sleeping on the couch. To top it off the washing machine didn’t work as well so we couldn’t do laundry. Told host about it, no response. To top it off you could barely close one of the bedroom doors because the door was dragging against the floor and you had forcibly close the door.
