Welcome to EP7L — an architect-designed studio with a mezzanine sleeping area, located in the heart of Athens.
Thoughtfully crafted for comfort and flexibility, this open-plan studio accommodates up to three guests: two on a queen-size bed on the mezzanine (which can also be set up as two singles), and one on the sofa bed in the living area.

This fully equipped apartment also offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

Enjoy the green rooftop with charming neighborhood views and shared laundry facilities. The terrace is accessible via the main building entrance and an internal staircase (two flights of stairs).

EP7L is situated on the ground floor, with its entrance opening directly onto the street pavement.

Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.

Late check in.
For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
