House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00 (self check-in via keybox), and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As is common in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste — guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
