Room was too small and at night the noise coming from the next door striptease joint (Kinky Cabaret) was really awful. The neighboring buildings were in bad condition, eventhough we felt safe walking late at night. As the hostess told us the first night we arrived: "What else do you expect? This is a 3 star hotel".... that explains it all.

When I realized that I had meant to reserve 3 days, not 2, they were gracious and let us stay in the same room. No repacking! I could barely hear the bass line from the music/dancers next door, though it went on until 5.

Not the best location. It is ok for a short stay - very medium hotel with a few amenities only. Very noisy though and I had to change my room at 1am due to the lack of electricity in the room. No one assisting in this change either they just gave me a key. Breakfast below average The reception lady its very lovely and helpful.

Nice place but the room was a bit small. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not really working properly. The staff was great and helpful. At one point the water in the bathroom stopped running but they fixed it quickly. It is right next door to a 'nightclub' of a certain type, so there is some noise issues, but if you close the window it's not too bad.

The men staff was much nicer and gave good service service, than the woman staff. They had an attitude, and didnt crack a smile once, except for one. One woman staff came up to me super angry and asked me about the tv that fell down while i was sleeping… not my problem that it fell. Not sure but i think she took one picutre of me, as she stood right Where i was sitting with her phone held up right in my direction. She was very uncomfortable to be around. Get a better attitude. Usually also used the phone while at work. Not very professional. The food was good, not sure but got sick after one meal. The man that works at night is the most sweetest, nicest, and kindhearted man. Loved him, should get an promotion. Overall Okey didnt pay much for the stay. The breakfast didnt have much variety.

Plus Points 1. It was very very good value. 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. 3. The food was good. 4. Location, you can walk to the city centre/Acropolis. 5. It was clean. Negatives. 1. Next to a strip/adult bar. However the area is safe and was quiet but may not be best for young families 2. The shower head was broken. 3. The air con in the restaurant/office area didn’t seem to be working. 4. The rooms a quite small, making working in the room a challenge. Overall due to the value, staff and location I would stay again.

All in all it was a solid hotel, meant to have a safe & clean place to sleep in the city. Near the Hop on Hop off bus it was a 2 minute walk down the block. It does have 3 strip clubs on the same block but definitely not nearly as noisy as expected from the other reviews. Food was ok but nothing special as far as variety also the free breakfast reminded me a lot of a continental. It was a nice hotel given the price and what i expected if you are looking for luxury though this is not it. It was just ok.
