Athens - Acropolis Top Floor Mini Studio - Cityscape View & Hot tub

You won’t forget your time in this lovely place. Enjoy a romantic escape with view over Athens and Acropolis hill , while you relax on hot tub. This 13 sq. meters studio with private terrace is only 5 minutes walk from the metro Stop Acropolis and 10 minutes walk from the entrance of the Acropolis hill. It takes more time to use the elevator to go downstairs than walking to restaurants, cafe, shops in the area. Use of hot tub is free, there is a bathroom , A/C, mini fridge & fast wi-fi internet

The space
This is a tiny studio but our guests enjoy the cozy patio , relaxing at hot tub and enjoying the view or a show at our outdoor TV set. There is also an outdoor shower head. Part of our private terrace, where the wall made bench is situated, has a wooden pergola to protect you from the sun

Please when you do not use the hot tub , turn it off and use the cover so as to keep water as clean as possible.

Please note that the elevator goes up to the 6th floor and then you have to walk up one more floor with stairs.
The balcony door does not have room darkening shades
There is no kitchen but there is an espresso machine and a couple of plates, glasses to enjoy your snack

You are in the heart of Touristic Athens with thousand of choices among restaurants, ATM, Pharmacy and shops.
The studio has easy access by metro to airport or Piraeus port


Also note that in Greece for hot water we use electric boilers. You need to press a button and wait for 15 minutes in order to have enough hot water. We also do not throw toilet paper in toilet bowl

According to the GREEK LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes
We can not provide you anything else during your stay . ONLY hotels are allowed

Guest access
The entire studio and its amenities are at your exclusive use.

You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 48 hours in advance

Other things to note

In our country
a) we do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl
b) You need to press the boiler button and wait for 20 minutes in order to have hot water (in Greece we have electric boilers)
