Centrally located in downtown Athens with walkable access towards Syntagma Sq., Monastiraki Sq., Plaka, and the Acropolis. 5-10 minute walk from the Metro or nearby parking garages if you have a car. Building felt safe with keypad-access building entrance, and large deadbolts on apartment door. Stairs only on the ground floor but there's an elevator starting on the first floor. Host was responsive via messaging. Highly recommend!
