Lage, Lage, Lage

Pros: Die Lage und das recht moderne Zimmer.
Cons: Zumindest Shampoo ohne Nachfrage bereitstellen, Conditioner dazu und es wäre super.
Location: Es liegt zentral, alles ist gut und wenn man will auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß zum Syntagma-Platz.
Das Hotel liegt wunderbar neben dem tollen Akropolis-Museum. Da ist auch gleich die Metrostation. Ich empfand die Lage für das quirlige Athen als recht ruhig. Ausreichend Essensmöglichkeiten finden sich ganz in der Nähe. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nah bei. Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, wird da ein Hostel betrieben, ein paar Studios vermietet (da waren wir) und eine Bar geführt. Das Studio war gut. Fast genauso wie auf den Bildern im Angebot. Wir haben zu einem guten Preis gebucht und da passte es. Ich denke, bei fast dreistelligen Beträgen sähe ich das anders. Frühstück war überschaubar, aber besser als erwartet. Es war ein kleines Buffet. Ausreichend, aber eher Hostel-Style und kein Obst und kein Joghurt. (Kann man wohl extra kaufen.) Bei unserem Preis fand ich das okay, würde bei mehr Geld aber auch mehr erwarten. Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Einzig irritiert war ich darüber, dass "free toiletries" sich auf Seife beschränkte. Auf entsprechende Nachfrage bekam ich von einer Mitarbeiterin erst die Auskunft, dass damit auch noch das Toilettenpapier gemeint sei ;-), von einer anderen dann aber auch Shampoo und Conditioner, was aber offensichtlich eine Ausnahme war. Inzwischen wird man das vielleicht geändert haben.

Perfekte lage, alles wichtige zu fuss erreichbar. Putzfrauen sehr freundlich, damen an der rezeption weniger. Alles in allem ein preiswertes hotel.
