Good Hotel, Would Stay Again

Very nice hotel. Clean and decent access to parts of town we desired to visit. Some stumbling blocks and complications with billing (we selected to pay upon arrival but they charged the card anyway ahead of arrival which only matters because we had two rooms and it was to be split with others traveling with us) but nothing so detrimental that I wouldn’t stay again. Once we got past that the staff was helpful and the stay was enjoyable.

Superb location with front door metro access and 15 minute walk to Monastiraki Square and Plaka. If arriving by metro from the airport at Omonia Station take the Konstantinou exit using the set of stairs at the right which will take you up right next to the hotel entrance. The hop on/off tour buses stop in the square as well as several bus routes. There are also ample cafes, pastry and sandwich shops nearby. My room was spacious with a fridge and room safe. My only criticism is the furniture. There is a closet to hang clothes with a few shelves but there are no drawers and no desk. There is a small table for the kettle but few outlets. The bed side tables are cut in a semi circle which made the tops rather small. There is also a table for placing your luggage which ideally should have been a desk but there is no light above the table and no outlets.
