You can also visit nearby sights as St Theodori, the Isthmos the Korinthian canal , Loutraki where there is also a casino.You can reach all these destinations within 5-20 minutes on the proastiako :the suburban railway . During a day trip you can explore Epidavros, Mycenae, Ancient Olympia. The center of Athens, the Acropolis,Parthenon, Museums and the changing of guards in front of the Hellenic Parliament are 50 min. away. You can reach all destinations with the proastiakos. Station is only 10 minutes away on foot. El. Venizelos-Athens airport is easily reached to and from Kineta in 1 hour or by car.
