This is a fresh and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment located at the borders of Neo Pangrati and Vyronas, one of Athens’ most lively and authentic neighborhoods. The apartment has been prepared with care to make you feel at home, offering all the essentials for a relaxed stay.



Both bedrooms come with cozy, made-up beds and fresh linens, while clean towels are provided for every guest. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with 24/7 hot water, free Wi-Fi, and a boiler for your comfort.



Enjoy your coffee on the balcony, explore the nearby local shops and bakeries, and take advantage of easy access to public transport — with Evangelismos metro station and bus stops close by.



Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Quiet hours are observed (11:00 p.m.–07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.). For late check-in after midnight, a small fee applies.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
