Charming and cozy recently-renovated apartment in the center of the leafy prestigious suburb of Kifissia. This fully- equipped apartment has direct views over a historic picturesque early 20th century mansion turned into one of the trendiest cafes in the area.
You can visit the Athens center/Acropolis by direct links and return in time to enjoy an afternoon walk in the quiet cobbled streets of Kifissia, at the footsteps of Penteli mountain where the marble for the Parthenon was extracted from.
The space:
A perfect 55 sq. m. cozy fully furnished one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kifissia, one of the most exclusive, green and fascinating suburbs in Athens Greece.
This fully equipped apartment is ideal for two people who want to explore Athens while staying in an exclusive area, full of gastro options and leafy promenades. All necessary amenities will be at your disposal, including a WiFi internet connection.

An 8€ sustainability tax is due upon check-in in cash, based o Greek Government Laws.
We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette or its surrounding plot of land:
- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
The flat has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the apartment accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held by Airbnb, any additional charges will be claimed.
