Loved this hotel! We checked in no problem and had a bottle of Prosecco chilling for us. We booked the Acropolis view with the balcony and it was perfect! The chairs were comfy, too. Very spacious and the shower was amazing! Great location for walking to shopping and the metro. We also did the spa and had a massage. That was great, too! Highly recommended!

L'hotel est bien situé mais dans un cartier très bruyant. Très bon service, personnel courtois, chambre très propre. Parcontre le mobiler était brisé, les portes des armoirs ne fermaient pas et le wifi est pourri.

Wow what a fantastic stay. Service here is absolutely top notch. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, etc. There is some noise from Ermou, which is a very popular walikg street with street musicians. But the hotel has installed double glass doors and heavy curtains which helps a lot. The noise did not go very late either. Cant recommend this enough; do not hesitate to book!

If you want to be in the thick of the Ermou shopping district and steps from the Plaka, this is a great place to stay. Even with dozens of restaurants buzzing outside, our room was quiet, with double doors that made a huge difference. The rooftop restaurant was lovely, food was great and service was amazing with a perfect view of the Acropolis. Parking might be a challenge if you have a car, but taxis are everywhere if you don't want to walk. We'll stay at the Elia Ermou again next time we're in Athens.

Views of Acropolis from our room and the roof top restaurant were AMAZING. Staff were very welcoming. Location is fantastic. Included breakfast was very good but dinner at the restaurant was just ok.
