Not a 5-Star Experience We stayed at Elite Erimou Suites and while there were some positives, it didn’t live up to its 5-star rating. Pros: Early check-in at 11 AM was appreciated after arriving early, and they allowed a late checkout at 11:30 AM so we could finish laundry. Provided free laundry pods and two Nespresso pods. Room was very clean, spacious, and had a partial Acropolis view (if you look out and turn your head). Great central location, walkable to major attractions. Gave us a second key when requested. Cons: The AC didn’t work at all, and the room was uncomfortably hot. We had to open windows, but street noise made it hard to sleep. Only one key was provided initially, and it had to stay in a wall slot to power the room—so no way to cool it down while out. The building exterior, lobby, and elevator felt like a run-down apartment complex. Only the 5th floor has hotel rooms; the rest appears residential. Bottom line: The staff was helpful and the location is great, but the broken AC and misleading 5-star rating made for a disappointing stay. Wouldn’t book again unless improvements are made.

Great location with a great view of the Acropolis, the room is also very spacious. Due to it's central location it can be noisy at night. The lobby area of the building is a bit run down and has an odour, but this is difficult for the host to control. We checked-in after hours with the lockbox system and it went smoothly. Unfortunately on our last day there was construction work on the street outside and the power was shut off. We subsequently had to carry our suitcases down the five flights of stairs because the lift was out of service. Overall a positive experience.

Despite some issues with communications over the access code and figuring out how to work the HVAC system, our stay was comfortable. The views of Acropolis were amazing, there is plenty of space, and the place was very clean. I wold suggest paying attention on small maintenance issues. For example, the bedroom door would not stay open and the suitcase stand fell apart. These are small annoyances but can be easily taken care of. We will definitely try to come back, though.

The property is brilliant with rooms facing acropolis, and close to Monastiraki station and shopping area. Woken up by church bells at 7:30am each morning, and noise from shops opening . Apart from this, it is a great place to stay.

Le logement était grand, confortable, bien équipé (micro-onde, réfrigérateur) et correspondait à la description du site de réservation.
