Wir haben unsere Check in Daten bis wir vor Ort waren nicht erhalten, woraufhin ich den Gastgeber kontaktierte. Bei 1 1/2 Tagen Aufenthalt, ist dies sehr ärgerlich. Nachdem 2 Stunden keine Antwort kam(wie gesagt, wir waren schon vor Ort), rief ich bei Fewo an. Fewo kümmerte sich umgehend, erreichte den Gastgeber aber auch nicht. Nach langem hin und her und warten, meldete sich der Gastgeber per SMS und gab mir die Check in Daten. Ich würde die Unterkunft, trotzdem sie gut ausgestattet ist und zentral liegt, nicht wieder buchen, dafür ist mir meine Urlaubszeit zu wichtig. Die Dame beim Fewo Kundenservice war dafür sehr freundlich und überaus engagiert, vielen Dank nochmal.
