Perfect location

Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!

Great location. Clean. Easy check in /out. Communicative. We stayed 1 night and the only thing we felt in a 5.2 earthquake was the bed shaking. All the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! FYI- the robes are for aesthetic purpose only. I’m 5’4 120 pounds and tried one on- it didn’t fit but not a big deal. Everything was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We really loved this location 5-10 minute walk to the acropolis and Museam/plaka/hadrians arch/city garden We also loved all the local restaurants we didn’t have a bad meal. Grocery store on the next block pharmacy close by local fruit vender I could go on and on Great Living Koukaki is a gem in the middle of everything

The unit is in an excellent area, very walkable to restaurants and historic attractions and museums. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What i did not care for was the third world request not to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to old pipes. With every 3 day housekeeping you could smell urine as soon as you went into the bathroom and this would most likely effect if i return for any length of time.

I have been here before and that's why we chose it again, if only for one night. A very unassuming prpoerty, you could easily miss it going by but a fantastic place inside. From a respectful host to clean and decent sized rooms with all the amenities, a balcoy to sit outside and relax, a quick 5 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and all the restaurants and cafes. I would not hesitate to stay again and for longer. I would highly recommend.

Great inexpensive local restaurants within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Property was very clean and comfortable. Next time we would prefer a room somewhere other than the main floor. It faced the street. But other than that very convenient. There's a washer and dryer in the building making things easy as well.

The property is very clean, nice, safe and had all the amenities i require and laundry was a nice to have, though I did not use it. All the Athens attractions was within walking distance; there was also so much dining options, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Overall I would recommend this property, totally wonderful and staff is very helpful and friendly! Excellent place to stay within Athens!

We selected this hotel for a layover from a cruise. Every popular place for cruiser. The email with information about the area was very helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. The hop on hop off bus stop #3 within walking distance.

The kitchen essentials were bare minimum. No bowls whatsoever: not for cooking, not for eating. Make soup at night and plan on drinking it out of a coffee cup. Make cereal and plan on eating it out of a drinking glass. Absolutely no spices, meaning not even salt and pepper! Who wants to buy that just to cook a couple of eggs. Also the entire apartment was like a Greek history high school classroom. Sayings about obscure Greek places plastered everywhere on the walls, mirrors, everywhere you looked. Totally boring. Would have been better to just have tasteful Greek paintings.
