Great location! 5 Points Classic Cottage Perfect for Gamedays and Graduation

Classic Five Points Cottage with walkable location.
Home is located 1/2 mile from Five Points restaurants and shopping and under 2 miles from Sanford Stadium.

House features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master offers a king bed while the second and third bedrooms each offer a full size bed. TVs are located in the master, living room, sunporch and in the backyard. and upstairs finished attic.

Space is most comfortable for four guests or less and a maximum of six guests. Two full bedrooms are well suited for children.
Please note we do have an outside cat. We ask you to be considerate of noise levels for neighbors.

Exceptionally nice house

I was very pleased with the home. There was plenty of room for the 6 guests. The towels were plentiful, clean and new. The AC was on when we arrived at a very comfortable temperature. The house itself is walking distance to restaurants and only 1.6 miles from the Georgia's Sanford Stadium. We were very pleased.
