- For hot water please press the Geyer Button in the Electrical box it should turn red when on, and turns off automatically alone after 1 hour.

- For guests seeking early check-in or late check-out options, availability dictates feasibility. An additional fee equivalent to 25% of the room rate per hour is applicable for extended stays beyond the standard check-in and check-out times.

- One access card is issued per accommodation; any extra electricity consumption due to loss or need for additional cards will be charged to the guest.

- While our smart TV doesn't have satellite channels, you're welcome to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.

- We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
