This modern and renovated APT is a top floor 3BR oasis in a busy area with a big advantage: one of the largest public parks is a step away and so is the National Archaeological Museum the Metro and basically the whole city. Its minimal design, with elegant features all around will make your stay a most pleasant one. But its rooms, all its living spaces that feel like home, will make it a great one. A win win choice from all aspects.

Airy, bright, minimal and modern, this top floor apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 fully renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and open plan kitchen. A nice veranda compliments all rooms and makes you feel on top of the world. One of the largest public parks of the city is literally at your doorstep and the National Archaeological Museum filled with wonders of the ancient World is a short walking distance away. If you don’t feel like walking to the Centre of Athens, grab the metro which is a minute away. A place you will definitely enjoy living in with your family or friends at a truly strategic location!

You will be next to Patision Avenue and the fantastic public park Pedion you Areos. The National Archaeological Museum is around the corner, where you will not only see amazing historical wonders but also a beautiful botanical garden in its inner courtyard. Enjoy your coffee at the surrounding areas or grab the metro which is a minute away from your door and get downtown to the Historical Centre of Athens.

The Viktoria, and especially Pedion Areos, is a well-known working-class neighborhood that has been experiencing gentrification for several years. This transformation has made it more trendy, altering both the demographic of its residents and the types of businesses in the area. This process is well underway, leading to the coexistence of diverse and sometimes conflicting dynamics: the older, modest reality-supported by social assistance centers for these groups-alongside newer, more cosmopolitan trends, largely driven by tourism, which are steadily gaining ground. It is therefore an ideal place for everyone who wants to experience life in the heart of Athens. The Viktoria is an interesting area of Athens. For seasoned travelers, I highly recommend this area if you're looking to experience an authentic and vibrant Athens neighborhood. However, if you’re uncomfortable navigating areas in the midst of gentrification, where you may occasionally encounter disadvantaged groups, this neighborhood might not be the best choice for you. What is the attraction of Viktoria? The area is lively, rich in history, and full of character. It's a dynamic, multicultural neighborhood offering a diverse selection of inviting cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is also very attractive that just a few minutes walk from the flat you will find the Pedion Areos park, the Hellenic Motor Museum, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National Archaeological Museum, the National Metsovio Polytechnic, the Kerameikos Museum, the Temple of Hephaestus, the Ancient Agora of Athens.

Shortage of towels

The place is clean but we were a family of 5 and we had to reuse the same towels over the stay. We used the washer but no dryer and itwas cold to hang the clothes outside. I think you need to have adryer or another setof twoels and maybe a cleaning in between th stay

Very spacious, good location, good value

Stayed with family; spouse, 20 year old son, 16 year old son. Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. Renovation seemed to be about half of the apartment which was to combine two apartments into one. One half of the apartment was in better condition than the other half. Kitchen appliances were adequate but not in best condition. The app provided with the room could use more details regarding the use of oven and stove. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Location is great since it is very close to Victoria Station metro. About 5 stops and one metro line transfer to the Acropolis. Close to several small grocery stores and many restaurants. Also used the washing machine which was very good. Used the balcony drying rack to dry clothes. Used parking garage in same block (next to Big Bad Wolf restaurant) to park rental car. Very reasonable rate from a USA standpoint. TVs support several streaming services: Apple, Prime, Netflix, etc. Property manager arranged for transport from airport to property. About 50 Euros. Air conditioning was great. Overall, the property is a very good value.

Lovely Large Flat

We loved our stay in Athens! The flat is huge and so close to the Victoria subway station. We stayed in August so the air conditioning was so nice to come back to at the end of a hot day sightseeing. We would stay here again.

Great apartment for a base in Athens

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Athens. This apartment is less than a minute walk to the Metro which is so cheap and convenient for getting around the city. Lots of coffee shops and bakeries nearby but you probably want to go a bit further for a wider choice of restaurants. The apartment is huge with 3 very good sized bedrooms each with full en-suite. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine very helpful. Brilliant A/C which is a must in summer. Top floor with secure entrance so felt very safe. Communication and check in faultless even arranging a taxi from the airport. Would recommend to anyone who wants the extra flexibility of an apartment over a hotel.

Huge apartment with room/bathroom for each group. The property manager who greeted us was not happy with the cleanliness and called the cleaning company to do a refresh which was appreciated. He also arranged our travel to and from the airport which was so convenient. Victoria Sq is about a 15-20min walk to the city center. If space is more important than location, this is a great apartment!
