Bed was amazing. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Pool are was clean and nice. The only downside was breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes. The eggs, oatmeal and such were not that good. Juice was watery and tasteless. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. There were options that were good but there were options that weren’t the best. We chose to do breakfast else where after the first morning. Coffee and hot tea were good. Overall everything was great, we just have picky eaters. We will absolutely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and the staff were welcoming. My 4 star rating is due to a dog staying a few doors down who kept barking. I get it. Some folks won’t stay at the hotel if their dog can’t stay there. In this case, the dog was left unattended in the room and it’s barking got annoying.

The breakfast was good well stocked food! The beds were comfy we had a room with 2 queen beds it was a big room! The area was quiet! Staff was friendly and helpful! Upon checking out I wasn't able to talk to anyone or get a receipt due to no one was at the front desk only a sign saying they were gone and call this number if needing immediate assistance! I like having a paper receipt and couldn't get one! There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk just a bell which to me was very unprofessional for a business!

We checked i went to room the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Tried to call front desk phone didnt work. Walked to front desk they moved our room. Went to that room there was water coming from under the wall. Tossed a towel down figured we can live with that. Well then the door wouldn't close. Went back to front desk moved to 3rd room. About an hour or 2 later we had no water. The water was off in the whole building.

Great breakfast Room #216 continuously measured 77-80% humidity level with air conditioner temperature at 70 degrees. Room condition felt too damp at all times. Fan in bathroom shower area was dusty/dirty and did not seem to be functioning properly.
