Experience the Athenian Riviera like a local in this just renovated four level, 370 sqm (4,070 sqft) home. Set in an ideal location to access the best neighborhoods of Southern Athens (Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni), this spacious home is appointed in earth tones and natural materials throughout.
You can enjoy cooking at home or hire a private chef in this fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances throughout. A terrace at the front and a garden at the back allow for alfresco gatherings and meals. The kitchen has a small eat-in table for quick meals and the dining room a huge raw walnut dining table.
Bedrooms are all equipped with soft linens and comfortable mattresses, as well as A/C units and blackout shades throughout.
The minimal style continues in the bathrooms, with neutral stone tiles and riverstone sinks adorned with matte black hardware and recessed lighting mirrors.
The house is ideal for children. A massive playroom on the lower level is equipped with endless toys, books, disguises, as well as a 55" screen complete with Nintendo Switch. Upon request bedrooms can be decorated for the kids with plush toys and soothing decor.
