We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Karitsi Suites. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations and significantly impacted our trip. The most serious issue was the noise. There is a bar/nightclub directly outside the property that was never disclosed in the listing. Music and loud voices carried straight into our room and continued until around 4:00 AM each night. None of us were able to sleep, which made the stay incredibly frustrating and exhausting. This is critical information that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. We reached out to the rental agency during our stay to report the issue. While they apologized, no action was taken and no solution was offered. In addition, the room had a noticeable unpleasant smell upon arrival, which did not improve during our stay. The beds were also very uncomfortable and actually caused physical discomfort, adding to an already difficult experience. We understand that not every stay will be perfect, but the lack of transparency about the noise situation and the lack of resolution when we raised concerns is unacceptable. If you are looking for a restful place to stay, we would strongly recommend choosing another property.
