The location was good - reasonably central / close to the Neos Kosmos metro station, but in a calmer side street. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, the only thing we missed was some kind of fan for air circulation in the bathroom (humidity got stuck after taking a shower). There were nice touches we didn't expect and that are not obvious, e.g. washing powder, new supplies for doing the dishes. The only negative was the complexity of getting the info to enter first: we were told that we haven't paid yet, but we prepraid everything on Expedia - this might be on Expedia though for not explaining to the owner / management company how to use their platform to get the payment from the guest.
